1. About These Terms

These terms govern the relationship between AngelTown Digital (“we”, “us”) and any client (“you”) who commissions website design or related digital services. By proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

AngelTown Digital provides website design, development, and digital marketing services as agreed in writing before work begins. The scope of each project is confirmed at the start.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) or US Dollars ($) as agreed
• A 75% deposit is required before any work begins
• The remaining 25% is due upon project completion, before the live website is handed over
• Changes to agreed scope may result in additional charges, communicated before work proceeds

4. Project Timeline

• Standard delivery is 7 working days from receipt of deposit and all required content
• Delays caused by the client failing to provide required materials may extend the timeline
• Timelines may vary for complex or large-scale projects

5. Revisions

• Starter package: 1 round of revisions included
• Business package: 2 rounds of revisions included
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed number are chargeable
• A revision means changes to existing content or design, not a complete redesign

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing all content, images, and brand materials required in a timely manner
• Ensuring all content you provide is accurate, legal, and does not infringe third-party rights
• Reviewing and approving design previews promptly
• Maintaining your own hosting, domain, and third-party subscriptions after handover

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the final website design and all custom-created content
• AngelTown Digital retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing
• Third-party assets (stock images, plugins, fonts, themes) remain subject to their own licences

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable
• If AngelTown Digital cannot complete the project, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on work completed
• No refunds are issued after the completed website has been handed over and approved

9. Limitation of Liability

AngelTown Digital is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from the use or inability to use any website we build. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels in Nigeria.
